How did we get here? And In addition, Where did we come from?

We are Clear Choice Realty and we are a new realty company. Well, sort of. We had been Gary Mann Realty with Gary Mann, Dan Eilers and Jim Weitzel as owners. Then several years ago, we became Gary Mann Real Estate of Central Washington, same great owners Gary Mann, Dan Eilers and Jim Weitzel. Jim Weitzel passed away in August of 2020 and Randy Weitzel took over his ownership interest. Subsequently, in March of 2022, Gary Mann and Dan Eilers sold their interest to Randy Weitzel and Tom Moncrief who changed the name to Clear Choice Realty.

Over the years, our office worked with Gary Mann and Dan Eilers and had a very successful office offering great, honest service. We strived to help people with the purchase and sale of their real property, with the highest of integrity and we are continuing on with the same great qualities we had before.
